Although we cannot guarantee the availability of
any specific therapist, whether male or female, we
will make every effort to assign you to your desired
therapist. Nevertheless, all of our therapists are
trained in draping techniques to ensure your comfort
and respect your privacy.
Smoking, bringing in food and using cell phones
inside spa facilities is prohibited. Walking barefoot
is not allowed.
Children under 16 years of age may not enter.
For health and safety reasons, no treatments will be
given to guests under the influence of alcohol or
drugs.
Please leave all of your valuables in your hotel room
safe. The Spa is not responsible for lost jewelry or
other valuables. If you have forgotten to remove
your watch or earrings, we recommend that you
place them in your robe pocket.
Arriving late delays the start of your treatment. If
this happens, you will be asked to sign an agreement
in which you agree to receive the treatment for the
time remaining. If you arrive after more than half
of the appointment time has already passed, it will
be counted as a no-show and you will be charged
for 100% of the service cost.
Guests may charge the services they receive to their
room or pay in cash. Clients who are not hotel guests
must reserve and pay for their treatments in cash
or by credit card.
Please do not forget. If you do not show up for your
appointment, it will be canceled and your account will
be charged for the service which you had reserved.
All cancellations must be made before 5:00 pm of
the day before the appointment. After this time,no
refunds will be made and appointments will be
rescheduled, subject to availability. Any changes
to your reservation must be made at least four hours
before your appointment. Last-minute appointment
changes are subject to an extra 50% charge.
If you wish to fully enjoy our hydrotherapy facilities,
we recommend that you sign in one hour before your
appointment. The minimum required time for the
welcome process in 30 minutes, during which time
you will be given sandals, a robe and a locker.
Receiving spa treatments on a full stomach is not
recommended. Consuming alcohol before spending
time in the gym, jacuzzi, sauna or steam room, or
while receiving heat treatments, is also not recommended.
Do not shave your legs before a body scrub,
and be sure to avoid sunburns because they could
prevent you from receiving spa treatments or make
them less enjoyable.
